Returns & Exchanges

At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your APM Monaco account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original signature APM box and ensure all authenticity cards and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our atelier.
